How We Do It.

Preparation

Detailed preparation is the key to any well-executed painting project.
This is how we successfully prepare your interior walls for the right latex wall paint.

  • Cover and protect your belongings to the best of our ability

  • Sand walls

  • Dry-wall patch minor holes, scrapes, and cracks in walls

  • Sand all areas of drywall patching

NOTE: We will fill holes and cracks discernible from a two foot proximity in natural lighting as per industry standards if not new drywall.

Application

Apply First Coat: 

  • Roll Walls

  • Brush cut in areas of ceiling, trim, baseboard with wall paint

  • Prime patched areas with wall paint prior to first coat.

  • Sand Walls

Apply Second Coat: 

  • Brush cut in ceiling, trim and baseboard with wall paint.

  • Roll finish coat on walls.

Finishing

  • Fitz Painting Project Manager site walk around to note any areas of concern for final touchups.

  • Complete touchups as needed.

  • Fitz Painting Quality Check.
